SONIC BLUEPRINTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Offered
1.1. Liebholt Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Sonic Blueprints”, “Liebholt”, or “Liebholt Limited” offers custom songs, music productions, and vocal recordings.
1.2. All services are delivered electronically and are not physical products.
1.3. The specifics of each service will be detailed during the purchase or ordering process and confirmed in a separate document or email.

2. Data Protection
2.1. All personal data provided during any transaction will be processed in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation.
2.2. Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the implementation and follow-up
of the agreement by the sending institution, the National Agency and the European
Commission, without prejudice to the possibility of passing the data to the bodies
responsible for inspection and audit in accordance with EU legislation (Court of Auditors
or European Antifraud Office (OLAF)).
2.3. The participant may, on written request, gain access to his personal data and correct any
information that is inaccurate or incomplete. He/she should address any questions
regarding the processing of his/her personal data to the sending institution and/or the
National Agency.
2.4. The participant may lodge a complaint against the processing of his personal data with
the The Data Protection Commission with regard to the use of these data by
the sending institution, the National Agency, or to the European Data Protection
Supervisor with regard to the use of the data by the European Commission.

3. Royalties
3.1. Royalties will be due for any commercial release of the songs, music, or vocals procured from Sonic Blueprints.
3.2. The royalties due will be a percentage of the revenue you earn from the release. If you earn nothing, no royalties are expected.
3.3. Specific percentages and terms will be detailed in the service-specific agreement.

4. Copyright and Licensing
4.1. Upon full payment, the buyer will obtain a license to use the custom songs, music productions, or vocals in their projects.
4.2. Sonic Blueprints retains the copyright to all music and vocals unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing agreement.
4.3. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or commercial use without proper licensing is prohibited.

5. Severability Policy
5.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any
applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms
unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without
affecting the remaining provisions of this website.

6. Our Liability
6.1. Liebholt Limited and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and
other services included on or otherwise made available to you through their services
provided on an “as is” and “as available”; basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Liebholt Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied,
as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, products
(including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you
through their services, unless otherwise specified in writing. you expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk.
6.2. To the full extent permissible by law, Liebholt Limited disclaims all warranties, express or
implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose.
6.3. Liebholt Limited does not warrant that their services, information, content, materials,
products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available
to you through their services, their servers or electronic communications sent to you from
Liebholt Limited are free of viruses or other harmful components to the full extent
permissible by law, Liebholt Limited will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising
from the use of any services or other services included on or otherwise made available to
you through any services including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive,
and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Liebholt Limited will process your data in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts
as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation.
7.2. By uploading your details to the site, you are consenting to the processing of your data
on servers by Liebholt Limited, its sub-contractors or employees during the currency of
your services.
7.3. Your data will be held on servers that are located in the European Union.
7.4. By using the website you are consenting to and accepting the practices set out in this
privacy policy including the transfer of your data outside of the European Union if
required.
7.5. The Company will collect data through online forms and data that you upload onto the
website.
7.6. The Company will seek to hold your data securely and confidentially and will not
otherwise disclose, sell or transfer your data unless compelled by law.
7.7. The Company cannot and do not guarantee that your personal information will be
protected against unauthorised access or misuse or abuse. The Company do not accept
any liability for the improper actions of unauthorised third parties.

8. Use of Cookies
8.1. The Website may collect information through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are
anonymous, unique alphanumeric identifiers sent to your browser from a website and
stored on your computer’s hard drive. The information we collect via cookies does not
personally identify you, although it does identify your browser. We use this information to
provide you with customised information when you visit the Site, and to collect

9. Disputes
9.1. All disputes shall in the first instance sought to be resolved informally. If a dispute is
required to be ventilated, it shall be placed in writing.
9.2. Liebholt Limited shall have thirty days from the date in which notice of a dispute is
received to resolve the dispute before any recourse to any legal action is required.
9.3. The parties agree that all disputes incapable of being resolved within the thirty-day
period may be resolved through the applicable consumer bodies.
9.4. The Irish Courts shall be the forum for the ultimate resolution of any disputes.
10. Manufacturer’s Warranty
10.1. For the purposes of Sonic Blueprints, this clause will pertain to third-party software or digital tools used in the creation of the songs or music. Any warranty provided by the manufacturer of such software or tools will be transferred to the User only after the service has been paid for in full.

11. Waiver
11.1. If you breach the terms and condition of our services and website and we take no action,
we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where a
breach has occurred.

12. Minors Excluded
12.1. We do not sell products for purchase for children under the age of eighteen.

13. Governing Law
13.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of Ireland.
